A receipt pins its facts by hash rather than carrying them, so the receipt alone proves what was decided but cannot reproduce its own evidence. Receipt + facts bundles both and replays anywhere. In a deployment the fact store keeps that evidence; this demo's store is in memory and resets when the process does.
